Reporting an outage

If you’re seeing degraded behaviour but the status board hasn’t caught it yet, email status@meandai.io. On-call gets paged within 5 minutes during business hours, 15 minutes overnight.

For active P1 / P2 incidents, your account engineer reaches out directly with the postmortem within 5 business days.
